Maia and Tiffany were our class representatives for
the Maori & Chinese kite making programme.
They made a kite using bamboo, wood, feathers
and special dried plant leaves called flax.
Some of the big Point View School children took them to
the Taniwha and Dragon festival to fly them.
Didn't they do well!
